Introduction to Group Work in Child and Youth Care Practice

Learners focus on the development of diverse ethical skills, knowledge and strategies required for child and youth care practice with groups. Students learn a variety of approaches and techniques, plan and facilitate groups in a blended experiential learning environment. Learners have opportunities to engage in ethical practice in a diverse field and develop a decolonizing lens in work with both equity deserving and general groups.
